This is really innovative - A LED screen on a floating boat in the sea near the toll booth of the Bandra Worli Sea Link in Mumbai. All vehicles are forced to stop at the toll naka which increases chance of visibility. Thinking out of the box always helps I guess. The location of this water advertisement is on the left side of the toll naka while driving to Worli.
