Preparing for the Job Interview

At the recently concluded ‘Industry Preparedness’ workshop with students of Global Institute of Sports Business, we trained on equipping ourselves for the job interview.

When an individual has an intent of joining an organization, then:

1.Learn about the company, its leadership, its journey and the universe in which it operates.

2. Your CV must be structured, clearly highlighting your achievements and experience.

3. Be clear about your strengths, your education and your experiences that give you confidence in a specific segment.

4. Communicate with confidence on why you want to be part of the organization and the value that you can bring to it.
