Gratitude and Goals

Updated: Feb 2

GRATITUDE & GOALS

At the end of 2023, when I sat with my diary to write my goals for the year, I first began writing all that I was grateful for in the year 2023.

By looking back at each month of the year and penning down the highlights, it brought a sense of GRATEFULNESS for all God’s blessings.

The Bible speaks of PRAYER and THANKSGIVING. ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭4:2‬ - Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.

Once you write down what you are grateful for, then proceed to writing your goals.

I believe in keeping goals REALISTIC and SPECIFIC in what you want to achieve.

Frequently REVIEW this goal sheet of yours to check if you are moving in the direction of achieving them. Example - Every 2 weeks.

And lastly, STAY IN TOUCH with people who are goal oriented, because this keeps us focused and motivated in the journey.

Wishing you the best for 2024.
